From the founder

I'm so glad you’re here although I wish it were under different circumstances. I know what you’re going through, and I’m here to help. Receiving my breast cancer diagnosis back in 2021 was soul crushing and paralyzing to say the least. The last thing I wanted to do was to scour the internet for all the things that I was going to need in preparation for the surgeries, treatments and the long road to recovery ahead of me. I wanted to create a space where you, my fellow breasties, could come and easily access everything that you need, no matter what stage you are in in your cancer journey.  More importantly, I wanted to create a community where you can come and receive support from fellow breast cancer thrivers.  Although having the support of your family and friends is amazing, oftentimes it can feel isolating because it’s difficult for them to fully understand what you’re going through. Look, cancer sucks. And these cards that we’ve been dealt with sucks. But my hope is that TBB will provide you with comfort and a sense of sisterhood, and that it will give you the optimism and strength to fight this disease. We're in this together.
